- **Cancellation requests within 24 hours:** You will be eligible for a full refund, including any delivery fees.
- **Cancellation requests after 24 hours:** Unfortunately, cancellations are not eligible for a refund after 24 hours due to the custom nature of our products.

Because all of our products are customised and made-to-order, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:
